Cooler Master has the non-enthusiast notebook user market covered for its lineup of notebook coolers with the Notepal U3. This notebook cooler features three 80 mm cooling fans that can be removed and re-clipped onto to cooler base, allowing the user to customize where the fans will be working their magic. We review the Notepal U3 to see if its $30 price tag translates to actual value for mainstream notebook users.
