Thank you, I was worried that there would be no master ball and there would be one legendary. I don't usually get legendaries by using dusk and ultra balls. =)
Use the Master Ball on the roaming genie - the rest are easily snagged with Dusk Balls, especially the cover legendary. If you get Reshiram/Zekrom into the red with a status, you're guaranteed to get it within 2 Dusk.
Capture rate of 45 wat.
Oh my god thank you so much. I caught Reshiram with the master ball but I caught Kyurem on my fifth dusk ball. I'm only going to catch legendaries at night and I'm only going to use Dusk Balls. You saved me a lot of time and frustration, and I tip my hat to you for it.

Yes, you can get Master Ball, of course. In fact, you can get two. According to Serebii.net, if you trade 50 pokemon, you can talk to a man in black suit at Castelia City, and he will give you another master ball.

I'm not too far away from meeting Reshiram, so I'll be trying the "faint-to-increase-catch-rate" thing to see if it works. Because I'd love to get it in a Premier Ball

I have all the Legendaries of the game. Still have not used the Master. Just need to catch the roaming pokemon..
