Just need a solid answer. So to get Perkaholics Anonymous (survive to round 20 with no perks) do you need to not get downed until round 20 or just make it to round 20? Thanks

So, you don't want me to help you? I'm not sure what you mean by "which ones you can challenge". At the bottom of WaW's list are the trophies for Der Riese, and next to them it will say Map Pack 3. That's all there is.

If you're downed then it doesn't matter. Just get to level 20 without using perks.
