This can be done but it's really tricky with that team. First off i'd reccomend raising quilava to Lv36 and Aipom to atleast 32 because that's when he learns double his and can evolve. Now the tricky part clairs Pokemon.

Gyarados
Her Gyarados isn't too bad but it has pretty high attack and has the ability Intimitate which cuts your attack by 1 stage (20%) if i remember right. Do not use Sudowoodo because 1 he's very weak to water and 2 Rockthrow probably won't do much damage. If you plan on using your team use Ambipom's Thunder because he's 4X Weak to Electric Types.

Dragonair X2
Her dragonair are very irritating because they have only 1 weaknesses and it looks like you know only 1 Ice attack. I'd suggest equiping your Gyarados with Choice Specs (Your Mother buys it once you've earned alot of money) or a quick claw because luckily Gyarados has really high attack and can dish out alot of damage. DO NOT USE Typhlosion though.

Kingdra
Unfortunately Kingdra has 3 Powerhouse moves which to big damage (Hyper beam, Hydro Pump, Dragon Pulse). But it's only weakness is Dragons so the best thing to do at this point is to just pummel it with your strongest attacks because most of your team should still be able to handle 1 attack from kingdra except Quilava and Sudowoodo. If you can try equiping heracross with a focus sash it will allow him to escape a 1 hit KO and counter to deal ALOT of damage.

Normally, I get my heracross to use counter and pretty much takes out all the strong pokemon in one hit, but at the moment everytime I use it, it says move failed.

I am not gonna find and train new pokemon as it takes too long and need some other way to beat her.

At the moment I can take out the gyarados with aipom and sudowoodo, leaving the latter with low hp and the other fainted. My gyrados takes out both Dragonair in one or two hits of avalanche. The kingdra can take out aipom in one go, sudowoodo with one hydro pump, Quilava in one Hydro pump. Noctowl in one or two hits. My heracross can survive the first hit but then counter fails and he faints. And gyarados can take three but cant do much damage back.

What should I do?
