AMD introduces the new dual-core 3.3GHz Phenom II X2 560 Black Edition and quad-core 3GHz Athlon II X4 645 socket AM3 CPUs, aimed at the budget processor market. They're designed to replace the older X4 640 and X2 555 Black Edition CPUs, which underwent price cuts to make way for the new CPUs.
