Does S +1 give the same bar of the last color that your weapon have? I want to get the akantor shadow claws DS with a huge green sharpness. If I equip S+1, do I get the same bar in blue? I have a feeling that it will be smaller.

Magnitude needs Sharpness +1 and Sharp Sword.
Though, I prefer having Sharpness and Sharp Sword on. I think about 80-90% of the time I use LS or hammer, I use both skills. For duals Sharp Sword even has priority over Sharpness +1 for me as there are quite a few nice duals with good natural sharpness. Akantor Shadow Claws, Limb Cutter, Insect Lord.

Like Terry said, you can always equip Sharp Sword to any weapon. Tiny purple just make weapon become crapier. Would magnitude be much better, if it had bigger white or purple.

Crap weapons stay crap weapons. Sharp Sword can't make a good weapon out of a useless one. Don't get me wrong, Sharp Sword is among the skills I consider best, but it only makes good weapons better. It doesn't improve crappy weapons.
The only weapon with 'tiny' purple sharpness I find useful is Magnitude due to hammers not losing sharpness fast.
There are generally weapons that are quite useful (usually non-elemental) and then there are a few elemental ones that are actually useful.
For Hammers, there is Magnitude, Chaotic Order, Khezu Thunder, Dragonbreaker G, Anchor Chrusher G. For LS there is Copper Blango Destructor (along with some other RAW LSs which are inferior though), Legendary Fatalis Sickle, Wyvernblade Camelia, Divine Fire Blade and Edelweiss Ice Blade +. These are about the best ones if you need an element to break some parts, or in the few cases were an elemental weapon beats a raw one. For Lance it looks similar, and for GS you need even less weapons. Duals are harder to tell because they are more elemental, though the non-elemental duals usually have much better sharpness. Gunlances are a bit specific as they also factor in the shot type.
What I'm trying to say is if weapon A is better than weapon B, Sharp Sword won't change that. It will just make sure weapon A stays better for an even longer time. So just grab the weapons which already start off better. Some of these weapons are listed above.

No, if you have purple already naturally, then Sharpness +1 won't do anything.
That what I thought. I saw it happenned before. So if you have tiny purple, you scew.

lol. I thought it always change color, because I alway see white turned to purple. This is something unexpected.
If you have small purple, will S+1 give you larger purple?

Lol, no it doesn't work like that. If you have S+1, it'll raise the sharpness of a weapon by a bit. Not change the whole bar completely, but add on to the ber. So most weapons with decent amounts of white sharpness will get the same amount of white sharpness, but also have a bit of purple. However, for weapons with little amounts of sharpness, S+1 will only add to that amount of sharpness, but the color will not go up. In this case, Aka Shadow Claws, it will not get blue sharpness at all, it'll just get a large green sharpness bar.
