I played ebony for ages but im now looking for the next best thing wots out there free and goood!?

Give me links and you're personal experience's doesnt have to new just good and fun i like building up stuff like a village/city but im not fussy you're help would be great!

Honestly anything will do if you play or have played it i would be eternally great full!

The first person slasher is already in a beta state. Not as responsive as it could be but it's interesting for the first 5 levels. After that you might as well stop playing unless you drop cash on it.

They've also got a few more spinoffs:
Warpforce - Kind of an AQ Sequel
MechQuest - AQ/DF mix with Mechs
EpicDuel - PVP Centric Futuristic AQ/DF Mix

Must have been the PvP that the old ads were talking about. I haven't played any of the new stuff, due to a lack of caring. So my opinion is still based on ye-olde-AQ.

I played AQ for a couple weeks back in like, middle school, was well done for flash, but I just have had more fun with other flash games, playing AQ just made me want to play Final Fantasy for my GBA. I didn't really see it as anything new or entirely interesting. What I find fun in flash games isn't attempts to make games, but attempts to make something trippy, new, inventive, etc. Not something I could do by loading up a 'full' game. Even with Portal: Flash Version by WCS, they purposefully messed with the mechanics to keep the same core ideas, but bring the puzzles to a different level, to change how you fundamentally did the puzzles.

I can see where people would find AQ fun I suppose, but I really don't enjoy it.

The first game was Adventure Quest (battleon.com) and since i started in 2005 they never called the game a mmorpg(game release date was in 2002) , not from what i recall

As for Dragon something i'm guessing you think about DragonFable(second game), the only thing i remember is that they used to say it will have pvp, never did, all they had is an arena with you vs another character but controlled by computer (I started the game in the first day they released it and i'm pretty up to date with what is going on xD)


Anyway what Artix Ent. did with flash is pretty amazing, they started from a turn based game and ended up with a mmorpg(another one to be released) and a first person flash game
Oh and also, neoseeker always called the games mmorpgs in profile (still does but only for Mech Quest)

I distinctly remember it advertising itself as multiplayer, back when their main game was that dragon-something-or-the-other. I never bothered to play any of the newer games from those guys, since I only ever saw their adverts on Newgrounds, which I enjoyed poking around a lot more than my experience with AQ's stuff.

Adventure Quest never advertised himself as mmorpg xD only adventure quest worlds and that is a mmorpg

bloodyomen, it's a good game. I enjoyed it for the month or so I played it, but I haven't really done much with it recently, the game doesn't have much content yet, and I've done everything but one quest and one mission, neither of which is fun to get to. The game has pros and cons, but overall worth a shot, and very entertaining.

Though if I had to send out one warning to anybody looking to try it, it would be: WATCH OUT FOR THE LAG (laggiest MMO I have ever played)

I think this game is new and from what I've seen it's jaw dropping, for being F2P. Name is Vindictus.



Although the video is quite lengthy and this is footage from the beta, it looks amazing.

Might play this within a few days, I'll be back with an opinion. If you value it
