Well im finally at Mt.silver and i need some advice on how to beat Red.
I haven't exactly battled him yet because i know how strong he is so im training my pokemon first.
Party:
Feraligatr - Lvl 60
Moves: Rock Slide,Surf,Hydrocannon, and crunch
Lugia(just caught it) - Lvl 70
Aeroblast,Fly,Punishment and Ancientpower
Mewtwo(just caught it) - Lvl 70 Pyschocut,guardswap,Shockwave and Amnesia
Heracross - Lvl 60
Aerial Ace, MegaHorn,Brick Break and close combat
Ampharos - Lvl 60 Signal beam,Discharge,Thunder and Rockclimb
Dragonite(just evolved recently) - Lvl 60
Wingattack,aqua tail,dragonrush and Dragonpulse
Pc:
Latias - Lvl 35 Ho - oh - lvl 50 snorlax - lvl 50 i have more but they are all lvl 43 and under.
and please tell me good ways to train my pokemon quicker! and also give me advice on what moves i should replace.

just a note- I have beat Red tonse of times with this very team Lugia lvl 99 hydro pump surf waterfall fly mewtwo lvl 96 phychic strength rock climb thunder feraligatr lvl 88 surf hydro cannon waterfall strength raquaza lvl 100 (MIGRATED FROM EMERALD) outrage fly surf dragon pulse ho-oh lvl 94 overheat sacred fire(good against red's venesaur) fly flamethrower swampert lvl 96 surf waterfall hydro cannon strength

why does your feraligatr know SURF?? Everyone knows he's a physical attacker and surf is special. teach it waterfall instead. but make sure all your pokemon are at least level 65 even if some are above.

"Watch Out Blizzard incoming" most of his team has Blizzard that always hits so have a Lvl 70+ Rock,Fire,Ground [Use First],Fighting, Electric I used
Tyranitar Lvl 81 Earthquake Dark Pulse Hyper Beam Stone Edge
all pokemon 75-85 and be smart with movesets and types and stuff u should be good... oh and healing when u need to

if you have any of the other games like platinum diamond or pearl, try trading one of your strong pokemon from there. If you don't want to do this you can just keep battling the elite four until you get them to the level you want

Imo, Red really isn't that difficult. But yeah, basically what Aerotrunks said. Also, you should try to train your Ho-Oh more.
