Thank you very much,I got past the level.I had to move near the locked fence and use my slingshot or my bottle rocket gun in manual aim to shoot out the tranformer near him.It's the little black box with the police-like beacon light shining on it when I hit it,the door opened and the boy took off running through the door.I found out the gun he was shooting at me was called a spud cannon.I had to use it to shoot down the door he went through and it took me to this other level where I had to blow up the generators but I beat that level easily.Anyway,thank you for helping me.
I started beating up the boy in front of the Library,jumped the fence,beat up the boy near the security door to get the code and I shot at the boys throwing and shooting stink bombs and bottle rockets at me but when I went through this other door,it took me to this other place where this other boy is shooting a minigun-like weapon at me and my objective on the game is to destroy the transformer.But I don't know how to destroy it because the boy with the gun keeps shooting and killing me,Please help me.
if I recall correctly, you need to move in on him by moving from cover to cover and then you take him out by shooting him. It is not easy, but it can be done if you try a few times.
