Dude did you even look on the first post? You can select a duelist where it says 'show spoiler' and it will give you info on their drops whether it is an S/A Pow, BCD Pow/Tec or S/A Tec. The left side number is their number in the chest, whilst the number on the right is the drop value, which is out of 2048 (e.g. 20/2048 is rarer than 69/2048)

Anyway, Twin Headed Thunder Dragon can be purchased for 1900 starchips. The code is 54752875. As with all other cards you can only buy it once (although I hoped you would know that). Judging under the assumption that you're playing the original game, you can win THTD from:

S/A Pow
Heishin - 20/2048
Labyrinth Mage - 16
Seto 2nd - 12
Heishin 2nd - 20
Seto 3rd - 26
Nitemare - 32

You can't win it in other ranks. Also, I might as well tell you all of the equips which work with THTD:

Dark Energy
Beast Fangs
Horn of Light
Dragon Treasure
Invigoration
Megamorph (works with all monsters)
Bright Castle (works with all monsters)

Exist a new mod, is MOD 13. If the mod beta or mod final are so dificult or hard for you, the MOD 13 is a version more easy, the rates are higher, them is more easy wins the cards. Just try with this new mod.

lots, the number is a % of a drop, not guaranteed, the duelist will eventually give you the card, i suspect this has to do on a number of factor rangin from how do you duel to the rank to the numbers of cards used, this games has a random generator for the card drop, as soon you land the last hit the card changes to an other.
According to another thread on here the number is not a percent but chance out of 2048. So like for S-Pow Meadow Mage Meteor Black Dragon, the chance is 20/2048 or about 1%.

Thanks alot man. I'm still a newbie at this game. My mind was blown when I saw Kaiba draw Blues Eyes. I thought "I'm not even that far in the game and he has a Blue Eyes!"
