i just got all 16 badges and my pokemon are all level 60-62. though reds pokemon are like, 80, and i would get my ass kicked if i tried to fight him now. does anyone know a good place to train for the battle? also, i'm right infront of moltres. he'll stay there until i catch him, right? like it isn't a one-time deal whether you choose to battle him now.

ehm... why are you guys doing so weird with pokemon over lvl 70? chuggaaconroy (youtube, just search for 'chuggaaconroy red final battle') beated red with pokemon at lvl 55.
so... just try! youve got nothing to lose if you safe before battling him!

You can re-battle Red. All you have to do is after you've beaten him, beat the elite four and he will reappear in the same spot on Mt.Silver.

um, re-fight the E4 holmes, mt. silver, and yeah....62 is too low to have beaten all 16 gyms, the new E4 is like 70s and bad scarey stuff

Just by facing gym leaders, I raised a Lv. 41 Pupitar to a Lv. 75 Tyranitar in like two hours.
