Apparently at level 90 something
mewtwo learns Aura Sphere.
I am not sure what it does but i heard its one of the best skill in the game?
What does aura sphere do other than ignores accuracy and 100% hit and stuff?
since its fighting, it will be not very affective for certain pokemon right?

So what kind of skill should i put for mewtwo?
I am planning to make it like this

Me first because it has 50% more damage than the opponents attack.
Aura Sphere
Blizard (I would get ice beam but dont know how to get it in pokemon soul sivler xD)
Thunder (Same reason, i would get thunderbolt but i dont know how to get it)

Could you please answer my questions and give me some reccomendation?

I agree with you here but just to add a few points, I'm quite sure that mewtwo's sp.A is higher than its Attack. And a reason that brick break may do more damage is simply due to lugia's potency as a special wall, meaning it's sp.D is higher than its defense. Another reason would be due to nature, eV spread and iv; if your mewtwo has a large attack iv, low sp.A iv, has a beneficial nature for the attack/hindering sp.A or you've eV trained it for attack this would change the strength of brick break/aura sphere (applying in reverse for the opponents Lucia if course). The principal this works on is simple: the higher your offensive stats are and the lower your opponents defensive stats are the stronger the move, lugia has naturally higher special defence than defense and so the physical moves will naturally deal more damage (brick break deals damage based on attack and aura sphere deals damage based on sp.A) especially since players usually eV train to boost useful stats. I personally train my mewtwo in speed and sp.A, the reason for this is as previously mentioned: mewtwo has a massive SP.A start to play with. My moveset that I use is simple, focusing on attacking quickly and to cover a large type range: aura sphere, ice beam/thunderbolt, shadow ball, and psystrike. I prefer having the reassurance of 100% accuracy over power, but if you don't mind missing a few times then you can use thunder, blizzard and focus blast. I prefer ice beam over thunderbolt personally but it's up to you to choose depending on your party, and shadow ball and aura sphere is for coverage of mewtwo's main weaknesses. Psystrike/psyshock is great for special walls as it targets the opponent's defense stat instead of sp.D which is great for special walls (like Lucia, but I wouldn't advise it for lugia as he's resistant to psychic if I remember right). Hope this helps guys!... And girls

if you to serebii it says an item to be held by latios or latias that ups special atc and sdef however it can be used by other Pokemon I think, it just work well with latios's stats

Aura Sphere is amazing on Mewtwo. Definitely teach it to him.
but ppl said it sucks..
It never misses, it plays off Mewtwo's Sp Att stat and deals with Dark Pokemon that will try to stop Mewtwo.

It's really quite satisfying to take an unwary opponent by utter shock and surprise this way! >8^}

Another type-contradictory move, just like teaching your Blastoise Thunder.

It sounds sweet nonetheless.

Yeah, it is cool to have Pokemon learn moves of the opposite type. That way they have an advantage over their fellows, and some other Pokemon.

@ Tumbles: You do realize that Soul Dew only works on Latios/Latias right?
sorry mabe you should tryp lay game before give advice jesus christ noobs these days
Even if it did work on other Pokemon, Soul Dew is illegal for Online play, unless your opponent agrees to it. Also, in every discription I can find for it(besides ingame, since I don't have it) it says it's for Latias/Latios.

Look here for the description. Next time you want to yell at someone about something, get your facts straight.

clearly you dont know what you're talking about, my mewtwo uses soul dew and OHKO enemy lugia with brick break, but aura sphere only did 25% hp
Clearly, you hear and see what you want to hear and see. For one, if you had clicked the link and looked for the Soul Dew on the list of items, you would have seen that Soul Dew is not only for Latias and Latios, you would have seen that it works on Special Attack and Special Defense, not Attack, which is what Brick Break uses, meaning Soul Dew has NOTHING to do with the move Brick Break, even if on Latias and Latios.

Seeing as you disregard EVERYONE in your belief about the Soul Dew, that means you see your self as the only one who knows anything about Pokemon. Where as, most people that I have come into contact with in the Pokemon forums regard Serebii as a good(if not completely correct the majority of the time) souce about everything Pokemon. If you can provide even one little bit of truth about what you have said about the Soul Dew, I'll think about it.

Also, did you look at your Mewtwo's Stats? Maybe it has a Higher Atk. than Sp. Atk., thus meaning that Brick Break would obviously do more damage. And, what were the levels of your Mewtwo and the enemy Lugia? Was you Mewtwo holding any items that boost the Atk. Stat? Did you get a Critical Hit?
