You can evolve all of the following pokémon as stated:
Kadabra: Trade : Alakazam
Haunter: Trade : Gengar
Machoke: Trade : Machamp
Graveler: Trade : Golem
Scyther: Metal Coat Trade : Scizor
Onix: Metal Coat Trade : Steelix
Electabuzz: Electirizer Trade : Electivire
Magmar: Magmarizer Trade : Magmortar
Rhydon: Protector Trade : Rhyperior
Poliwhirl Kings Rock Trade : Politoad
Slowpoke: Kings Rock Trade : Slowking
Seadra: Dragon Scale Trade : Kingdra
Feebas: Prism Scale Trade : Milotic
Dusclops: Reaper Cloth Trade : Dusknoir
Clamperl: Deepseatooth Trade : Huntail
Clamperl: Deepseascale Trade : Gorebyss
Porygon: Up-Grade Trade : Porygon2
Porygon: Dubious Disk Trade : Porygon-Z

I've always found this to be an annoying mechanic considering I love the pokemon you have to trade to evolve. I feel that this, as well as the boosted exp, are just gimmicks to get people to use the trading system that some Japanese coder was very proud of. It has gotten better considering that there is online trading now.

This may be of benefit to you,
The following also evolve by trade:

Kadabra to Alakazam,
Graveller to Golem.

Many others evolve when holding special items, but these pokemon, including the one you mentioned evolve when traded without holding any specific item.

You need to trade it with someone, it will evolve upon trading. Then trade it back There are a few other pokemon that evolve this way, such as Machoke into Machamp
