You could just get it yourself, by playing games at the Pokéathlon! It's easy to get 3000 points there and with 3000 you can buy a Shiny stone.

hey everyone i am in desperate need of a shiny stone i have a lvl 60 gengar i would be willing to trade for it i also would trade a lvl 23 bayleaf if someone wants but i just really neeed a shiny stone for pokemon heart gold
