Has anyone beat Red at mt. silver yet? Hes EXTREMELY hard. I need some help beating him. If you beat him.. 1st, does he say anything after you beat him? Because when I clicked on him he said "......" and when I got my butt kicked he said "....". Also wondering whats super effective against his Pokemon. Maybe list your team when beating him....

Took me forever to beat him. I found a team with: 77 Typlosion 73 Lugia 73 Mewtwo 28 Togechic And 2 Hm slaves. Typlosion for Lapras and Venusaur and Snorlax. Lugia for Charizard. Pikachu Died from Lugia's Ancient Power. Togechic flew me home. Mewtwo helped finish off some tougher ones. Lugia vs. Blastoise.
Used lots of x defense and x attack. Stock up on potions and revives. Beware hail.

I cheated to beat Red so I could access all the game content, so in a way, I never truely beat him.
Red and Cynthia are two trainers I cant beat without using a lv 100 Mewtwo and the Arceus I got from the TRU event.

I used action replay and caught pikachu and am aiming for the same against the rest of team... and then use the team against him! haha! XD Need something over lv 80, tho. so. Red is like Ash but isn't, but could blue still be gary? (How to get pokegear number for blue needed.) highest level used was 57 typhlosion who is super fast. almost fast as reds pika.

I just use one move on each pokemon then they faint.XD!
I beat trainer red hes so easy cuz my pokemon are level one hundred.

Argh, I can't beat him... It's.. It's.. His damn snorlax has so much health and when I get it down, offering all of my pokemon while I'm at it... damn bastard uses a Full Restore. >.<

I've defeated red about 12 times now after defeaating the pokemon league 12 times. He is easy noow all i need is 2 pokemon and the rest for back up my party is 95 Typhlosion 85 Mew-Two 82 Rayquaysa 40 Mamoswinw 29 Furret 32 Golbat All i need is 1 revive
