I've installed this great game on my new laptop & now it doesn't work!

Well let me be more accurate, it installs & seems to run fine, but sadly the graphics are all over the place to the point that it is unplayable, lines all over it, textures covering the field of view.

I'm running vista, with mobile intel 4 chipset. Plenty of ram & drive space and tried every combo of setting but no luck.

Any help would be great!
