You can't help with my move set? I'm not asking you to raise my Pokemon for me, or to make me win battles, I'm asking for advice on the move set. Or, if someone wants to send me a link to learn how to EV train.

Looking for advice on the moves that I plan for my Online team for HG/SS.

Ampharos
Fire Punch
Thunder
Signal Beam
Focus Blast

Gallade
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Night Slash
Focus Blast

Gyarados(Shiny)
Ice Fang
Flamethrower
Whirlpool
Waterfall

Kabutops
Mega Drain or Giga Drain, if I can get my hands on it in time.
Aqua Jet
Ancient Power
Ice Beam or maybe Blizzard, leaning more toward Ice Beam.

Rotom(Fan Form)
Air Slash
Ominous Wind
Charge Beam/Shock Wave
Sucker Punch/Signal Beam

Also, I don't really know how to EV/IV train or anything, so I don't expect to do any of that.
