This thread is for sharing custom armour sets. There are a lot of strange armour mixes that give amazing skills in the game but they can be hard to find yourself, so I asked Machi if I could make this

If you know of any awesome armour mixes that give great skill combos, and not the normal sets of armour, then please share them here.

Remember to post if the Helm is blade or gunner, as custom sets may take advantage of the opposing helm and it can ruin a set without the right one, and remember to post gems needed to complete the skills. When sets are added I'll put them in these spoilers to make them easier to find. Any updates to the list will be added at the bottom of this post.






Added Yukiiko's kickass sets, there's quite a few now ^__^ We're off to a great start. Thanks Yuki :3

Two more sets thanks to Kyosato ^__^ Though one is from LordPilot.

Added a new Gunner set for HR4 since shadow2008 pointed out there aren't many low level sets. My first custom set, hopefully someone will find it useful XD

Four more sets from 2legitimate including an excellent Treasure Hunting set

Lots of sets added We have a huge list now.

Update more blademaster sets updated and I'll get the rest done over the next few days I hope.

I don't know if this is helpful but just wanted to share anyway:

Set for beginners or low rank (Blademaster)

Chaosroom
Leather Armor S
Leather Vambraces S
Leather Belt S
Green Pants S

Provides:
Combine Success +15%
High Speed Gathering
Gathering +1
Backpacking Expert
Abnormal Status Attack Up

Set doesn't have slots for gems. You can upgrade them though.

You can use any weapon with abnormal status attack. You can use Protection Piercing on helm for Auto-Guard if you'll use SnS or GS.

Looks Great for defeating monster weak to ice.

Spear of promince. Fierce jewel+2
Armor:
Rathalos S helm. Attack jewel+1
Rathalos S plate.
Rathalos soul S vambraces. Health jewels+2
Rathalos soul S tasset. Attack jewel+1
Rathalos S leggings. Health jewels+2

Great for dishing out damage and combined with the lance's defence, and health jewels makes you a heavy hitter able to take heavy hits.

Max Defense(maxed armor + armorcharm & armortalon): 349

An awesome set for multiple monster quests and they don't have the same elemental weakness.

I'm not g rank. Only doing single player. Have beaten aka tho. Need to wait for my friends to catch up b4 we start playing in the gathering hall more. I made a set wit evade +1, sharpness +1, ra +1 however I'm still searching for the last stupid monoblos heart to complete it...

with metalic protection as bonus and poison x2 as negative skill?

you can get evade+2 with 2 slot weapon
