I am going to choose cyndaquil as a beginner but I do no know what moves I want to teach it when it evolves into typhlosion. What moves should I teach typhlosion? (also include nature, and held item)

I asked the same question this morning, but my set is shadow claw/lava plume/earthquake/swift

earthquake is pretty handy for rock&electric types, shadow claw for ghost&psychic types, swift is a move that I really liked from when I had a quilava, and lava plume is for stab. I might also recommend flamethrower in place of lava plume, because of higher damage+it doesn't hit your partner pokemon in a double battle.

Blast burn has great damage, but puts you at a serious disadvantage when you have to recharge. the opponent could easily take you out while charging, not to mention the fact that it has only 5 pp and 90% accuracy, whereas flamethrower has 100% accuracy. In my opinion, if you're faster and use moves with 100%+ accuracy, you will win more often than if you have less than 100% accuracy. Same goes for fire blast. Good damage, low accuracy.

My Typhlosion ( Docile Nature/Quick Tempered ) has Eruption, Rollout, Double-Edge, Swift but I would like to replace swift with another move. I am thinking about changing Rollout and Double-Edge as well.

Thunder Punch - will probably replace Swift
Earthquake - I haven't changed it yet, but it's going to replace Rollout

should I change Double-Edge or replace it and if so, with what?

typhlosion is a pokemon of special attack so give it 4 of these moves of your choice

blast burn
eruption
focus blast

and maybe throw in a thunderpunch to defend against water types
