Yeah like i said the green ones are the ones you are looking for. Make sure you don't do any of the red ones (evil) and the yellow ones (which i presume are the ones you are doing) are just neutral ones.

Yeah im trying to get the upgrade for the overload burst it says i need to complete 5 good missions then 10 for the next one but its saying ive completed 0

Good side missions are the green ones. 5 in every district...you sure you're talking about these?
