I freakin found a t-bone ped no lie! I found him at the bike school in Las Venturas! Now, there is a ped that wears sun glasses and a blue and white t shirt and black pants, this was NOT him, this ped, like t bone, wore NO sun glasses and he wears BLUE JEANS! I swear to Krant, I'm not lying

There are only 2 ped's whit blue and white stripes on the shirt. One is this guy and the other is that spanish dude who's shirt has narrower stripes and who compliments CJ.
