I have indicate some problems regarding Trendnet router.
Those are:
1. It is suitable for only home use not for institutional, because of low data transfer
2. Data transmission by wifi is low in range then others
3. Always disconnecting, should do re-setup frequently.
4. Data uplink and downlink is less then other router
5. Data transfer in LAN also slow and tedious
6. Warranty is 3 years but not comfortable to the customer
7. Price is little bit high then other router

So, how can it be best as others.

I honestly can't remember what I did to make it work, just hitting retry a couple of times and rebooting helped move it along if I remember correctly.

I have the same router, had the same problem.
I dont know what revision your router is, but go to TrendNet's website and look up the installer for your router, download it and install it, the one on the DVD never worked for me either.

OK so I bought a Tew-432brp wireless firewall router, and it won't work. I believe Windows 7 Recognizes the Router, but after I plug in the Power cable into the router as instructed by the installion dvd, I get an error message stating new router not detected. I don't know what's going on.
