You have to have a doctor in the house (Not the mom-to-be). After the woman is "showing" have the doctor determine gender of baby and have the women eat the opposite fruit. Since if doctor says it's boy eat watermelons.

I got girl boy twins it was easy when you here the lullaby eat an apple then watermelon apple watermelon apple then watermelon then watch kids zone till you sim doesn't want to anymore then make her watch it again and then don't watch tv till they are born this should work because it works every time I do it

Hey SCnMP,
In Sunset Valley there are 2 premade sim high enough in the doctor career (or at least close to that promotion) and they are Jamie Jolina and Geoffrey Langrabb. In Moonlight Falls there is Angus Brown. That's all I know really, since those are the two main towns I play in.

(Angus is the guy in the orange and white striped shirt. He's a werewolf, by the way. I think there are 2 other werewolf doctors, but I haven't played them before.)

okay so how do you get a doctor sim??? im playing sims 3 pets my girl sim is a doctor but not high enough and im not sure how to get a doctor sim into my household

Yesterday my sim gave birth to a girl but then it said that it was gonna give birth again. I was confused because I didn't know I was having twins because I used NONE of the ways to get them. Then when the twin came out I was even more shocked cuz I thought it was impossible to have mixed gender twins in sims. I used NO CHEATS OR TRICKS OR ANYTHING everything happened NATURALLY BY ACCIDENT!!!

I'm on the The Sims 3 Pets on Xbox 360. To get twins I simply got my sim pregnant, made her watch the Kidz Zone on TV as much as I could, made both parents read a preganacy book, I didn't know wether all this had worked untill she went into labour when I made her go hospital and have her babies . To get the girls I ate about 7-8 watermelons, I always eat this many or even maybe more sometimes as I forget how many I have eaten, this doesn't mess up the cheat to get the gender you want as I do it all the time and I've always got girls I hoping that when my twin girls grow up I can have triplets, but I would much perfer these to be mixed gender this time

Anime Ashely did anyone "died?" since I notice that if someone dies at the same time the woman's pregnant it takes a couple of days for funeral types of interaction to disappear.
If you have "testingcheatsenabled true", you can press "ctrl" while clicking the moodlet and it deletes it. When my sim was pregnant i used it on the backaches. Pretty cool, huh?

Opposite gender twins, although rare, are possible naturally, just like real life. (: Opposite gender triplets are more common, IE. Two girls and a boy.

I do not know how it happened because I didn't even think it was possible, but my sims had opposite gender twins on their own. No cheats, no fruit stuff, I just got the mum pregnant to start with whilst there was only one space left in the family, and then I moved another sim out when she was showing, and then when she finally had the baby it was twins and they were a boy followed by a girl. I have no idea how it happened, or if moving the sim out midway through pregnancy affected it, but suddenly I had opposite gender twins.
