Hello everyone i am currently running ubuntu.

Is there a way to install Windows7 while running ubuntu?

I dont want to have to burn it to a disc, i just want to click install from the file. I have heard that this wont work since ubuntu does not use .exe files. What can i do?

I know about ubuntu. I installed too very easy using a simple utility from internet and the image of ubuntu cd installation files.
Hp has netbooks with some of them to have windows xp home and others windows 7.
Anyway I found a method to install windows xp using a usb stick.
I saw many methods to install windows xp from usb stick.
All methods I found in internet until now failed completely.
The fact is that is NOT simple to install windows from usb stick.
Is a real pain in ass.
So I developed my method with success.
I just want to repeat it and to other completely different computers to verify that works with some other old and new motherboards.
Then I will publish my method.
I can write in advance some tips.
With my method you need windows 98 SE(second edition) installation files. and of course windows xp installation files. and another computer! with any installed windows 2000 or XP or 7.
and of course a USB memory stick with minimum 4GB storage capacity!

I don't know about Windows, but I know that Ubuntu can be put on a USB stick and be installed that way. I would use Google and check around that way. Netbooks usually have bad stats, and Windows can put a strain on them. Make sure your Netbook can run it before you try to install it.
