Make a Mafia Sim. The best town to do this in is Bridgeport. Use either familyfunds or mother lode to start off your empire, make sure you make your sim extremely rich, enough to buy up a load of the venues. If you want, you can just make the Mafia Boss or give them a body guard or whatever. I'd recommend the Ambitious, Klepto and Frugal traits, and possibly the mean spirited for the Boss.

This needs seasons: Make a normal sim, let them use the telescope as much as possible, slowly adjust their sleeping pattern to make them nocturnal and wait 4 an alien to come 2 ur house. Befriend said alien and ask them to move in. Repeat till u have 1 male 1 female alien, then move sim out of the house:P
