Feel free to pop in any R/F/S comments in this thread for me to read while I'm here, and afterward for whoever else will handle this forum.
Note:
The TD Clan threads have been 90% spam, which is why they were deleted (not by me...so far). The reasoning behind deleting the threads from the person who was (and the reasoning that leads to them continuing being deleted for now) is that threads that don't offer any sort of history, information, or use once they're done besides padding Post Counts are almost always deleted. That's why Off-Topic GD's die at 30 pages instead of just being closed, and the clan threads have been by far 'worse'. So the deleting won't stop until that changes.
Note on a Note:
I'll slap the person who deleted the thread before last before the first post information could be extracted for you, having the threads automatically die after 2 days instead of instantly sealing their fate, so there will be more than enough time for information to be extracted frfom now on.
Thread Recap (last 10 posts from newest to oldest)
so that means there like only 15 possible guesses which doesn't make the game all that challenging
thats y i suggest expanding it to: "guess that navi or wizard"
where the choices ppl guess from can range from king to gutsman
but that would prob mean ppl would prob need more than 1 guess
which could make it spammy
so maybe have it only 1 guess evry 2 hours or so
wizards arent bosses

Ie: More noticeable title.
Caps are plain annoying, I have my caps lock key literally disabled. There really has to be a better way?

I'm not gone, simply stepping down from an un-needed position. This place has really, really died down in the past few weeks especially, most members have moved on to other things. Those of you who are still here know how to conduct yourselves appropriately, and for the rare case where something bad happens, the report button still gives a notice to those in charge. Now that report simply goes to the section mod instead of me.
In general, game-specific forums have an upside-down parabola lifespan (Parabolas look like a "U"). When the game is announced the activity begins, and a few months to a year after the game has been released the forum hits the other end. It's not a perfect parabola, there's spikes and divits and such, but that's usually the general shape. Exceptions being competitive games that have high replay value, since you're trying to best out others online more than anything else you want to constantly be improving your skills and looking at upcoming strategies (and updates). Also very popular series, like Pokemon, tend to break that parabola a bit. I don't expect this place to rise 'from the dead' to be as active as it once was, but looking back at this series thus far, I would assume MMOSS will get some attention. How much attention is yet to be seen, considering it's a kind of sad excuse for a remake in some ways, it's possible the forum might not get as much popularity as MMSF3. (If you never really played MMBN1 much, the remake is definitely something you should pick up) I doubt I'll ever really disappear from the MM handheld forums here on neo, especially here, the MMSF3 forum, you guys have been great. Most of the reason why this forum has had such a good life span thus far is because of those of you who are still here. Thanks for being awesome.
Don't view this so much as the end of the forum, the simple fact is that the forum has switched gears, and it's current direction doesn't need a watchful eye and a ban-cannon to back it. I expect that the MMOSS forum will get some kind of activity behind it, and you can expect me to be there as well when it's release draws closer.

I don't think he's leaving this forum for good, but w111j's right, we need you here. In my eyes, nobody else here has the experience of being a Mod.
Above idea is a bit...unusable, clans are more or less dead. When the next MM forum kicks to life it would probably be a good idea to implement it then.
On that note, because of the highly reduced activity, I've stepped down from moderating this forum. It doesn't need a constant watchful eye anymore, those of you who are still here have enough brains to know what you should and shouldn't be posting.
So, you don't want to hang around with us anymore? First you leave TD, now you're stopping being a Mod? What are we gonna do if the bots attack again? Or if some newbeis show up, and don't know how to act? Or if someone makes a duplicate thread? You can't just quit on us like that. We still need you. Please come back.
