You should have at least three of these on your team:
WEAVILE
DRAGONITE
GARCHOMP
ROSERADE
NINJASK
MACHAMP
ALAKAZAM
HOUNDOOM
VENUSAUR
EMPOLEON
CHARIZARD
TORTERRA
SWAMPERT
MEGANIUM
TYPHLOSION
BLASTOISE
SCEPTILE
JOLTEON
UMBREON
ESPEON
ROTOM
INFERNAPE
NINETALES
ELECTIVIRE
FLOATZEL
SPIRITOMB
ARCEUS
ABSOL
GIRATINA
UXIE
SALAMENCE
AZELF
MESPRIT
SHUCKLE
Because basically, these Pokémon almost never disappoint you.
And remember, MAKE IT DIVERSE. Make sure you don't have DRAGONITE, SALAMENCE, ALTARIA and GARCHOMP all 4 on your team just because you think Dragon types are awesome. Try to find 6 Pokémon, all with 2 types, and let them be different.

EXAMPLE:

EMPOLEON (Water/Steel)
INFERNAPE (Fire/Fighting)
TORTERRA (Grass/Ground)
WEAVILE (Dark/Ice)
ROTOM (Electric/Ghost)
DRAGONITE (Dragon/Flying)
See? All different types, plus ROTOM and EMPOLEON are Special Attackers, apart from the rest, so that's also diverse.

Best way to form a team:

- A physical attacker
- A special attacker
- A defensive annoyer/set-up Pokémon
- A special defensive annoyer/set-up Pokémon
- A speed whore
- A Pokémon you like.

Hope this helped!

This would have to be MY Best Pokemon Set:
Ultra Team-
samurott- Megahorn Aqua Tail Ice Beam Superpower- Life Orb
Torterra- Wood Hammer Earthquake Crunch Outrage- Choice Band
Charizard- Solar Beam Heat Wave Dragon Pulse Air Slash- Choice Specs
Glaceon- Ice Beam Ice Shard Shadow Ball Signal Beam- Focus Sash
Hydreigon- Earth Power Dragon Pulse Fire Blast Focus Blast- Choice Specs
Galvantula- Thunder Bug Buzz Energy Ball Sucker Punch- Life Orb
You could probably take out Charizard cause of the 4x Stealth Rock Weakness, Replace it with a Chandelure with: Fire Blast Psychic Shadow Ball Energy Ball or a Heatran ( not good at Heatran Movesets )
Darmanitan- Superpower Flare Blitz/Fire Punch(Sheer Force Boost) Zen Headbutt/Belly Drum Stone Edge

You could take a Shedinja, witch renders 12 of 17 types useless, and a pokemon having sturdy for 1HKO moves, like a Golem or a Gigalith(I prefer the last). If you're double battling, have a quick pokemon knowing soak (like octillery), so you can make shedinja weak to only electric and grass. combine that with a move like X-scizor for Shedinja and a pokemon having lightningrod ability (like a Manectric or Rhyperior), and you'll be nearly untouched. Also, dark-ghost pokemon are huge, as they are weak to nothing (except fighting after foresight-like moves), these are Sableye and Spiritomb. last, a pokemon to cover gaps in offence, so every kind of pokémon can be taken down. Even tough, shedinja could function like this.
So the team could become:
- Shedinja (Bug Bite(breeding), Shadow ball, X-scizor(TM), Hyperbeam(TM)/Gigaimpact(TM)/Confuse ray)
- Aggron(Ability: sturdy), (Heavy slam, outrage(B2W2 Move Tutor)/Solarbeam(TM), Thunder(TM), Double Edge)
- Octillery(Soak, Gunk Shot, Ice beam, Fire Blast(TM))
- Manetric (Ability: Lightningrod) (Thunder, Wild charge, Toxic(TM)/Overheat(TM), Odor sleuth/Roar)
- Sableye (Dream Eater(TM), Confuse ray, Foul Play, Shadow ball)
alternatively - Spiritomb (Dream eater, Hypnosis, Dark Pulse, Shadow ball(TM))
- an extra spot for any pokemon you want, or for training using an exp. share. an easy choise could be an HM-slave, or Ninjask, who will indeed appear after nincadas evolution.
be aware that you'll need a pokéball in your bag to get Shedinja during this evolution, if you don't, you won't succeed. also Bug Bite will be learned if a female nincada or ninjask breeds with a male part of the caterpie-, weedle-, pineco-, wurmple-, kriketot-, burmy-, skorupi-, sweaddle-, venipede-, dwebble-, joltic-, and larvesta families, or a male ariados, shuckle, ninjask, combee, yanmega, or durant.

Loads of information, but definitely worth a try, for invinciblillities sake.
