There's no possible way to prove that now/ever unless all of TX somehow goes over to NJ or vice versa.
Power Rankings are unreliable as far as it goes in that debate.
Also not just TX, but California, Florida too, Maryland/Virginia, and Michigan as well.
we can't simply just say, hey go round up your top 10 in the PR's and let's go. For all we know PhantomX may prove to do better than Santi in that situation and he's not even in the Texas PR(honorable mention). You see where I'm goign with this?
