Not quite sure why but this new show, Glee, has piqued my interest. It just seems to be unique and although I am not really a fan of musicals at all, this one might change it because it is a show and should have an interesting plot.

Umm. Seasons five and six confirmed.

Yeah, I remember that season one character.

They never announced Rory leaving, though. Ryan also made it pretty clear that he was thinking about keeping him around longer than the seven episodes. Idk. It was just odd to me, and I noticed the introduction of Ali and the sudden disappearance of Unique last episode. Who knows!

Makes me wonder if they've dropped Unique for Ali like they randomly dropped Damien McGinty.
Rory was an exchange student though, and I am pretty sure that in the show it was made clear that he was going back to Ireland, so I don't really think he was just randomly dropped.

I don't think Unique would just be randomly dropped either.

The only character that I have ever seen randomly dropped was that dark skinned guy from season 1, that was friends with Mike? I don't think he even really had a name (or at least, it wasn't memorable... haha!)

Yeah I'm the same. I'm waaaaaaaaay more interested in the NYADA parts. I also find it starting to get really annoying that all the oldies keep coming back to the school for whatever reason. We get it, you want to feature Santana (for some odd reason) but enough is enough.
Couldn't agree more. Every episode there's a reason for the old members to be back, and it's getting a little hard to believe. I do like me some Santana, though.

In I Do Unique made no appearance (as far as I remember), and they introduces another The Glee Project contestant for the first time. Makes me wonder if they've dropped Unique for Ali like they randomly dropped Damien McGinty.

Funny that you say that, as I feel the same way. I really liked the version of Womanizer that Unique performed.

I also find that with this season, I tend to like the Rachel and Kurt portions, rather than those that actually involve the Glee Club...

I disagree with the dry comment. It could just be me, but I feel like I'm way more interested in this season than I have been for the last two... I'm not sure what it is entirely, but I find myself quite looking forward to watching it each week and I haven't felt like that season the first season. Might potentially be because I'm practically in love with Jake, but other than that I feel like their song choices have been better, and as much as I really hated the idea of Unique being a regular character, I think she's been quite entertaining.

I haven't done much Glee watching as of late, but I have managed to watch "Naked" and "I Do." I hope to catch up on Diva and some of the other recently added episodes. Has anyone watched those and have any comments? I've seen some of the YouTube videos and such, and I don't think I'm missing too much, honestly. Think Naya Rivera killed it in Diva week, though. Definitely the diva of the show, I think.

Anyway, here are some comments on I Do; *spoiler alert*

To start off, I think it was very odd to have Emma jump gun like that. I think their relationship was anything but shaky, and the whole finn-emma kiss felt awkward to me. I think it was added just to flare things up. Glee's been kind of dry lately. Same ol' same ol' love conflicts with Marley, Jake and Ryder now... been there, done that, Glee. Anyways, I think the Finn and Rachel thing was interesting but probably most interesting of all was without a doubt Santana and Quinn getting it on! That took me by surprise. They've always been favorites of mine, though, and damn they're both so hot! ;o

I think it was interesting to see Ali from The Glee Project be added to the group as well. Cool to see Artie get some love life for once.

Sure, I often find myself missing, like so many other die-hard Gleeks, season 1. But right now I miss early season 3, before the network decided it didn't like the direction the New Directions were going in (belated pun alert). "Asian F" was definitely my favorite episode. So much hype for it, and in my opinion it had matched the hype. But enough reminiscing about last year's episodes...

Recently, I've been losing interest in the show since "The Break-Up", but I'll admit that whenever the show gets back to the music and actual comedy rather than overexaggerated drama (Glee was, after all, intended to be a musical/comedy), it catches my interest for a few minutes again.

"Let's Have a Kiki". I loved that; at least for a little while, it definitely got me out of the sad little mood I've been in these past few weeks. More upbeat group/multiple-people numbers please, Ryan Murphy? I want to feel Gleeful again.

I thought Glease was a refreshing episode from the episode prior to it. I thought the "cavalry" and the reunion of all the characters was exciting to see. I also really like Marley and Ryder together; they make an awesome pair. Jacob's as adorable as ever, and I think Kitty plays the bitchy cheerleader quite well. Filling Quinn, Puck, Finn and Rachel's shoes felt almost impossible pre-season four, but I think Kitty, Jacob, Ryder and Marley do an excellent job at bringing a unique new twist to the roles of what will eventually be some important main characters.

I enjoyed how they brought Finn and Rachel back and Blaine and Kurt back. I thought the ambiguity behind the The Break-Up was odd considering how much time they spent together. I absolutely hate how Blaine cheated on Kurt after all the extremely romantic things he did Season Three (and even early Season Four), but I guess it had to be done somehow.

"Rachel's right. This isn't our home anymore," struck a nerve in me. Kurt and Rachel are officially over Lima, and the bitter sweet feeling of seeing them all together again for the play ended a bit sour. Looks like Rachel's luck back home isn't any better, though. I had higher expectations of Brody, too.

It looks like everything is just *bleep*ed up, honestly. While I think the new direction and drama and everything is awesome, I'm really missing the dynamic roles of Quinn, Kurt, Mercedes, Rachel, Finn, Puck, Santana and Mike a whole lot, especially after seeing them all together again. Hopefully they'll be back.
