Anyway, the best way to do the mission is to memorize the path that Toreno takes.

You basically start out in the more northernish part of San Fierro. Get onto the highway and get a decent lead on him but not too far or you will fail the mission for being too far away. Get off your bike and aim your RL at him.

Try your best to lead the helicopter and shoot ahead of him, sort of above on your targeting screen. In other words have the crosshairs above/ahead of him when you fire the rockets. You get plenty of time to take him out and plenty of places to stop. Once out of San Fierro, if you still haven't taken him down, he will head east over the rural farm road and you can get him there. The key is to remember to shoot a little AHEAD of him not straight at him. This way he flies into your rocket.

Oh and one more thing: Frazeb, I am starting to get just a little tired of your non-answer spam posts to question threads. If you CANNOT find a legitimate answer to a thread and can ONLY imagine posting some CRAP like "look at a walkthrough" then PLEASE do not bother posting.
