You guys know that Pepsi Rock Band thing going on, where you redeem a code on the cap and get a free song and/or some other stuff? Well, I've been getting caps for free from work. So I went to redeem a code today, and turns out that I already own the song and it wouldn't let me use the code.

After watching The Beatles: Rock Band trailer once more, I have officially decided I am going to purchase the Special Edition bundle. I need a new drumkit, I want to try the Strat, my mics are going out, and just I love the music and I'm really excited for it and I cannot deny it anymore. It's a birthday present and I'm saving money for it right now.

I don't want to listen to the songs because if I like them they'll just go on the back catalog, and I have too much back catalog stuff as it is. I don't think I'll ever catch up, the Pepsi promotion is too hard for me to get and my parents/brother only provide points every once and a while.

I want to get The Beatles, the 10 songs they announced sound great (save for I Am The Walrus, that song is weird ) and harmonies look fun. I'm a fan of the game and I already let my Mom know I want the game for my birthday, no clue whether I'll get the Special Edition or just the game.
