I think that Dorugoramon has a fair chance, also Lucemon as even in rookie form he could take down most Digimon. Also possibly Diaboromon, not just becasue of strength but also tactics, and possibly Apocalymon. I think that, in reality, there is no most powerful Digimon.

Well, there's a few that could be the most powerful : Victorygreymon, Omnimon X, Omnimon Zwart, Arkadimon, Fanglongmon, and the one that I think is the most powerful, which is UltimateKhaosmon. If you don't know about these digimon, they're pretty easy to find on google.

for me not there are a most powerfull, but there are some most powerfull: alphamon ouryuken. chronomon destroyer mode. susanoomon. Imperialdramon Paladin Mode. Ulforceveedramon future mode.

I'm not a card player, nor do I read the manga (can't find any in English), so this is based off of the anime and games.
I think the Mal digimon are strongest, especially the Cho Mal, but you also have to consider the heroes of the series, the strongest digimon.
As Digi fan of the series i wish they would least throw a movie or a special explaining what he did and why ryo is there its really important plot hole they forgot to finish xD!
Or just, you know... Play the game .
In any case, I don't know which Digimon is definitely the strongest, but I sure do like Diaboromon and Gigadramon.
