Here's a cool challenge i always used to do on the pc versions of football manager; start new game and become manager of any blue square prem side, resign from job strait away and put game on holiday till end of season 9th june 08! Now go make a cup of tea and wait for the season to simulate, enjoy cup of tea and start new season! Now you are unemployed go to job screen and list available jobs, there should be atleast 3 jobs available in BSP maybe others but focus on BSP ones! Choose any of three to apply for and wait till they offer you the job, now your new team wont have any registered players, low or no transfer budget and hardly any wage budget. This is quite a test but pick the team with insecure finance status for more difficulty

now do your best or better to meet the boards expectations each and every year! You should get couple of regens coming through your youth setup strait away which does help, ALL UNLOCKABLES OFF (Sugar daddy etc.) GOOD LUCK and be sure to post back with all your trials and tribulations. As i will try everyday!

But thats the beauty of it, its so difficult. And when you do start winning amd climbing the table you feel great! Its just sticking at it, and coming on here and asking for advice! Just look back to when i started in this post i was like you are all 'this is too tough' no one would join bromley, hardly any wage budget! I was down as hell starting it and i asked livx1 for help! But i finished my first season last night heres my manager stats after first season- games played-63, won-49(77.8%) draw-8(12.7%) lost-6(9.5%) scored-242(3.84pm) conc-87(1.38pm) league titles-1, cup titles-1, players bought-1(free) sold-0, jobs-2, points-425. Its possible Lukaboi honestly its all about sticking at it! Look you try mine and ill try yours

nothing because they was hardly any players no on wud join only like 2 crap players and youth academy wudnt give me anyone reli and then they kept losing

I mean i'v done this before because it was on neo but with chelsea, you probably haven seen it so sorry if you think im calling you an idea thief lol, so what didn you enjoy about lower league management? Or about your file you talking about?
