My current best is a shiny two tone red dark/run/run ('Shadow Chao') named Terios with maxed stats and Stanima in the 40's somewhere.

I have a lot, but my best are probably:
Lil' Knux - Currently a fly type, level 99 in everything (except stamina), and had reincarnated four times. His name is that because someone lied to me that I could make a knuckles chao just with red chaos drives.
Masmind - Chaos. Level 99 in swimming and flying, has beaten every race.
Angel - She's not really strong or anything, but I think she's the coolest looking. She's a dark run/power, and likes to play with her toy car. ^^
Derpy - Hero Swim type, has beaten every swimming race.

I have a lot of chaos chao, but my best ones would be: Lil'Knux: reincarnated 3 times, currently a fly-type. Tiny: Powertype, level 99 in most everything. reincarnated once. Masmind (short for mastermind): level 99 swimmer, came from SADX, currently a swim/fly type, but changes form frequently.

Mine is my light chaos chao named Redstar he has maxed out his stats and has won every race and beat the final on karate and he is 50yrs. old and level S on every thing. He loves every character!

well when i was five i had a chaos chao not sure what level it was but it was dark because i always used shadow and my second best was in its second evolution and was a hero chao

I used to have a really good chao, stats forgotten, he was a hero chao, and he looked great in my opinion.
But then my memory card broke
Now I'm working on a new one named Angel, similar to my old one, stats are only around lvl 50 each and hasn't reincarnated yet.
Might make him a chaos chao
