My favorite line was and will always be in the very first case:

Very first line that made me laugh. I knew right there and then, that I will forever love this game.

My favorite part in this game is seeing Godots red visor glow in the dark and seeing the white eyes of Phoenix and the Judge..

Another few moments:
When Phoenix says Victor must be using infinite ammo code for his seeds.
When Larry draws that picture and Franziska says something like this picture is rubbish, therfore I can't except it as evidence.

My favorite part was when Larry was telling the story of how Edgeworth could never fold a paper swan when they were in grade school and how on that day he started crying. XD
Or when you examine the camera in the detention center Edgeworth says "If someone glares at you it's only polite to return the favor."
