I know a lot of you people have "wishlists" and "thoughts" about the past game and the one to come. but i wanted to say "what if this happened? or that?"
so when you post something, the person behind you has to discuss yours a little but, then he can post his/her what if. this can be an overall Koei Warriors thing....
What if instead of finding or acquiring weapons, you used a generic weapon and found bits and pieces throughout your story, or materials to make your own weapon?? like you found a haft of a broken sword, and it glowed when you picked it up??

Hmm, that'd be quite a game changer.
I think it would be safe to assume that Cao Pi, at age 24, is the choice successor. Thats a pretty good age, and Cao Pi proved himself an able ruler.
As for Wei, they're still in good shape. They lost some of their best guys, but they've got an unlimited surplus of talent it seems. Zhang He, Xiahou Yuan, Cao Ren are all ready to take command. For strategists, I think Jia Xu was the best, but Cao Pi still has Xun Yu (for a bit), Sima Yi, Xun You, Cheng Yu, and Man Chong among others.
Ma Chao would certainly get Chang An, which would be a big morale boost, and they'd probably get a lot of supplies and equipment from the win. There might even be defections, but Wei's core group seems loyal.
I still think Cao Pi wins in the end because of the factions within Ma Chao's group. If I'm right, then Ma Chao had differences with Han Sui and the other lords, all of whom were independent, united only by Ma Teng. Without him they'll fall apart just like the coalition against Dong Zhuo did. Plus, they don't have any good tacticians. They wouldn't be able to draw up and agree on one good plan.
The wild card is Sun Quan. Liu Bei and Liu Zhang will be fighting each other during the whole time, but if Sun Quan pulls together some good offensive against Cao, they might weaken Wei enough to cause serious trouble.
In the end I don't see those three's deaths and one battle sealing the fate of Wei.

what if ma Chao won at Tong Gate and cao cao Xu Huang and Jia Xu were all killed.

Some rather funny typos ya got there. Ya, without Zhuge, Liu Bei's got no shot. Chibi would also be in question, but something tells me Wu would have pulled out the win even without him.
Without Shu as their ally though, its inevitable that Wei eventually travel South across land and gain victory. (Unless of course Zhou Yu actually did manage to take over Jing and then the Ba Shu area and create the divided kingdom. Then they'd have a legitimate chance..)

cao cao will win easy. if Zhuge Liang was one of his gays than Liu Bei will get bent in no time and Wu, same it just takes more time as Wu had all there gays.

Well obviously Zhang He's most famous battle wouldn't be Jie Ting, Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang would have been happier with the campaign and Xiahou Yuan would probably have done some more good acheivements for Wei. But Jie Ting would probably have worked out the same, if Zhang He didn't lead the attack then somebody else would.
How bout if Zhuge Liang joined Cao Cao?
I'm back btw

what if it was Zhang He and not Xiahou Yuan who was killed at the Battle of Mount Dingjun.

Wu would have lost one of its brightest and probably would have changed the overall history after the battle.
What if Hideyoshi had never had the idea of building Osaka Castle?

I suspect that some of Nobunaga's supporters would have rallied behind Nobutada had he survived, but I think they would have been wiped out eventually by Hideyoshi or whoever else the Oda tried to challenge.
What if (sorry Mystic ) the Stone Sentinel Maze at Yi Ling had defeated Lu Xun and he had been killed?

I would imagine he wouldn't have been as successful in his campaigns if he was caring, with him being ruthless he takes any means necessary to win. Then again, it might just have stopped Mitsuhide revolting against and killing him.
What if Oda Nobutada (I think I got the name right) had escaped from Honnoji?

Very interesting . Maybe Liu Bei would show his gratitude at Zhao Yun saving Liu Chan by creating another heir, if you know what I mean. I think Zhao Yun would have been feared more as a woman, as there weren't many, if any, women on the battlefields in those days and a female warrior could have been intimidating.
What if Nobunaga had been kind, caring person?
