You could always try doing it with bonus exp as well, especially if you don't like the 3-stat only thing with normal level-ups.

Master Seal.

Get some use out of it, save the exp for someone else.

Is it better to use a master seal or xp to class a unit that is already 20/-/-? Or is there no advantage either way?
