As we all well and know, Zhao Yun is essentially the face of the Dynasty Warriors Franchise. For Samurai Warriors, it seemed at first as if Yukimura Sanada was going to be that guy as well, but it hasn't exactly continued down that path. Nobunaga Oda seems to be a solid candidate to be the face of the franchise for Samurai Warriors, and rightfully so. However who do you think/prefer should be the cover boy for each series?

Empress Dowager Lu
Although Zhu Rong is a tribal queen, I don't particularly think she should be in caveman attire. I liked her DW4 costume, with the leg guards and stuff like that. In fact, whenever I play as her I change her to that model .

You know...I'd really like a group picture as the cover art. For DW I mean.
It'd be nice to have maybe 3 different colored covers. One for Wei, Wu and Shu. The Wei has Cao Cao or Cao Pi in the front, the entire Wei playable characters in the back in mean poses.
The Wu would have Sun Ce or Sun Jian in front, Wu guys doing really casual , goofy yet dangerously laid-back poses.
And then the Shu with Zhao Yun and/or Liu Bei in front. Shu characters looking dignified and serious.
KOEI should seriously think about this idea. They could make a killing by promoting it. GET LIMITED EDITION COVERS! SUPPORT YOUR FACTION NOW! or GET ALL 3 COVERS NOW WHILE SUPPLY LASTS! ( even though it's the exact same game, with possibly one bonus clip exclusive to the certain faction ) and so forth. That'd really breed die-hard loyalty with the fans...

I really really think Musashi and Toshiie will be the next cover boy.

I absolutely loved Zhang Liao's DW4 costume (in my avy ) I think it would have to be my favourite out of everything produced so far, so I would love to see something like that on a cover...the DW6 is ok...but yeah quite plain and they've chopped his wyvern into two bits which is infuriating I wouldn't class Zhang Liao as arrogant though...
Zhu Rong's costume I like how it is, suiting her perfectly IMO. Some of the other women could have much more ornate dresses though - they'd look great

His DW4 and DW5 outfits were good, although they were quite simliar.
He looked like he had that sort of wealth derived arrogance that has become part of my perception of his character.
In all honesty, I do wish they would bring in some good Chinese style armour, like Lu Bu's armour. It had dragon and lion profiles on it, with the Peacock feathers and bright colours lining the standard mail.
The real changes could be with the women, as far as attire is concerned. I suppose they could have the more ornate garbs that would they traditionally have, or for the more Amazonian types like Zhu Rong and SSX, they could have some good silhouetted corselets.
Diao Chan/Zhen Ji should have the really elaborate tailored dresses that they have now, but maybe a little more adventurous in terms of the overall design.

Yeah, he's much too middle ages for my taste. I liked his DW2 outfit, when he actually had traditional Chinese clothes...

It is visually unpleasing as BK remarked somewhere in the DW6 forum, that he looks like a metal condom.
I think his armour is just far too plain. He looks like an extra in a crappy Crusades film.

Aww Zhang Liao is great visually If you want visually pleasing you need to whack a nice close up of Zhu Rong on the front cover though None of the characters look Chinese really...
Relevence wise yeah Sima Yi would be a good choice, but I agree that he doesn't look all that inviting
Keiji would work quite nicely I think - Cao Cao I find a bit plain to look at though...
