Ganon's Puppet: Zelda Dark Beast: Ganon, what's with that song during this phase? Dark Lord: Ganondorf sword fight
I didn't like the horseback part.
Other bosses I liked were The Dragon from the Sky Temple Usurper King: Zant Stallord Morpheel Firus, although I hate the Goron Mines Blizzeta, awesome boss music there.

ummm.. favorite mini boss fight was Dark Nut, and favorite boss fight so far was the sand temple boss, the big skeleton thing with horns

i just got to the air temple but my favroit boss of all time was the huge freaking dragon skeleton, the first part was kind of boring but when you are smacking him with the spinner is freaking awesome
