but when i do enter it does it only work for free play. does it look like that you purchased it or what.

OK, once your at the area where you start(called the cantina), walk up to wear you can get gold bars, hints, characters, etc. You'll eventually see something called Enter Code. Go there, use the joystick(R3 and L3) or the arrows to change letters/numbers.

Hi supergamers.
I'm trying to help my 4 year-old son here. I've seen, several places, that it should be possible to enter six-letter codes (ex. BBV889 for Imperial officer), but how do you manage that with just a controller?
Is there an extra device I need to buy?
The dad, who feels like he's 80,- and lost.
