I've completed his side events (i think - if the duel is the last part then yes.) where can i find him to duel after the side event?

im realy sorry but check on the east side every day for an event marker for him but all this will do is make you able to duel mhim took me 5 weeks

I have found chumley in the north section of the island where his cards are on the floor but is there anything more i have to do. To unlock the abandoned dorm event also i am level 8. thanks if you can help
