quote alphadorCool, Ill look into it, thanks.Possible solution: get a Gameboy SP for advance games. They work great and would be cheaper than getter another DS.

quote TerraAbuserThe deal is that the Dsi has an actual internet browser like a PSP, but the DSlite does have WiFi capabilities for local play with friends and also for download content which a lot of games have these days, but it can be a little tricky to figure out. I'd hold on to your DSi, the screen resolution is a little better than DSlite.Does the DS lite go online like the DSi? Probably not... Im guessiing the i in DSi stands for internet, lol. I guess I could trade in my DSi and Pokemon White to get DSlite (or GBA, whichever cheapest) and FFVI advance... But I dunno if it would be enough to cover the cost (stupy DSi wont load the Gamestop site... to big or complicated I guess) but I would lose the ability to go online and talk to me internet peeps, lol.

quote alphadorYeah, thanks, lol. Yeah, used GBAs are very cheap now too... its just the actual game that makes it expensive, lol. Im so sick of my Pokemon White too, but if I trade it in Ill only get like 10-15 bucks or something... not enough, lol.quote TerraAbuseryou can get a used ds lite fairly cheap but the game itself is pretty expensive. If you ebay it you could probably find it for around 20 bucks give or take.its sucks even worse 'cuz Ive gotta buy a whole GBA and then the FFVI Advance 'cuz they took the slot to play GBA out of the DS for the DSi (LAME!)
I got mine used at gamestop for 30 bucks. it's definitely one of my all time faves. good luck on the job hunt.

quote alphadorNah. I dont even have this game as of yet, just been "geeking" out about it, lol. Ive played it both on the SNES and PSOne before, but I just played them all legit like, especially 'cuz I didnt have time to go around and do everything (wernt my games, had barrowed them.) I hadnt even heard there was a GBA version until just recently as I havennt had internet in a great while (Im only online now through a fusterating DSI that is just terrible for online purposes, lol.) Im so looking forward to getting this game though and its like top priority, though money is so tight and its so hard to get any kind of money, lol, so Its probably going to be a while *sigh* its sucks even worse 'cuz Ive gotta buy a whole GBA and then the FFVI Advance 'cuz they took the slot to play GBA out of the DS for the DSi (LAME!) lol, I sopose I can get one of those compatable/expensive SD cards and downlowd the GBA Emulater and the FFVI Advance Rom into it... but its still gonna cost around the same price. XP If I could just find a freakin JOB!well, I actually own a snes and a game genie and a copy of FF III but it's been a while. It was like a couple years ago and when I got General Leo, he has the same stats as he does in the scene where you control him. However, he will level up if you use him in the field, he is ridiculously powerful. You can't access his menu or equip items on him but he is fun to use. As for Kefka, I tried that and there was a major glitch but who wants that loser in you party anyways.
You can't use Leo on any fight with a cutscene or dialogue though or the game will. Freeze
But he SHOULD have been recruitable, he was an awesome character.
Speaking of getting both swords have you ever tried the sketch glitch? That was if you are lucky you can get both swords and also get the esper if you are lucky and without the game genie...
... but I think Im ranting all depressivly again, lol, sorry 'bout thatquote TerraAbuserwell, I actually own a snes and a game genie and a copy of FF III but it's been a while. How was General Leo's stats and stuff? I mean, compared to the "real" characters?
