I got a code for locking all the traffic in the aggressive mode. When you select your car hold down the L trigger (this is for the dreamcast, I dont know what that button is for the playstation) it should beep and then you are in. That code about unlocking all the cars is fake. I beat the whoel game and there is nothing like that in there. Just hang in there!!! It worth it in the end.
