A bad memory as well means you don't remember details which means you probably have a skewed view of what happened.

Whereas I don't think forgetting your bad memories is a good thing, devaluing their significance is.

I agree with you Saul, it's like when people say "No Regrets", I hate that saying because in my opinion saying no regrets is saying "don't remember". I don't like not remembering.

I'm also sober. People in my flat were telling ghost stories, and I know this sounds lame but I am genuinely afraid of the dark (or more so, unexplained noises and shadows). Think I will wait til morning to sleep now. x__x

I thought having no regrets was acknowledging what happened and not wishing it never had happened? I always try to say I have no regrets because everything that has happened as happened and it's brought me to where I am now and made me into who I am. Which since I'm in great physical health, I don't have anything to complain about

I have no regrets. Bad things have happened in my life but I can't change them so why bother thinking about what I could have done or what might have happened?

Today I shall be playing FIFA. And I'll probably do something else too but I haven't quite decided on that just yet.

On Tuesday I'm off to Elland Road again to watch Leeds vs. Darlington. Not as exciting as Leeds vs. Liverpool...

That is what no regrets should be but in my experience when people say "no regrets" they're actually blocking out what they're not trying to regret. I have plenty of regrets but that doesn't mean anything really, I live with them and try to make sure I don't make the same mistake twice.

My FIFA still hasn't arrived. *bleep*ing Royal Mail are good for absolutely nothing.
