Yeah - just, no cohesion whatsoever tonight, combined with some major brain farts from Coe.

That said, the young players coming through have skill, they just need the experience and fitness to apply it on the big stage. I actually liked Stella's first 20 minutes or so, looked very lively and could be a great understudy to Flores. Rojas has been off his game for a little while now, which is disappointing. Pain does look like a great little left winger.

Never thought I'd say this, but Ansell's absence is REALLY hurting us tbh. He knew the system and was good enough to implement it, whilst Mullen, whilst an ok player, doesn't know the system and as such gets caught out of position too often for my liking.

Despite losing by the biggest margin in the clubs history (brisbane) and conceding the most goals ever this season (ccm) , im still very happy with how far we've come this season. Next season Ange seriously needs to work on the defence as well as our away form or we won't be challenging top 2.

He has brought in a lot of youth, which is good but very little experience which is what we need. We've gone from probably the oldest side to one of the youngest and it's really shown at times.

Brilliant performance from us so far, looking quite good despite Sydney having a bit more of the possession. I don't think it's any surprise that Rojas had a blinder with Archie back as well.

I think if the Jets had a sensible owner [and not a moron] then GVE would be under a serious microscope. I have a mate that spent time with the Jets recently, and he said that GVE is the most unreasonable and erratic manager you could ever work with. One mistake and he'll go completely mental. His constant [weekly] upheaval of his teams is something that makes no sense whatsoever, especially considering they actually don't have all that bad of a side. It's not the best, but it certainly isn't the worst [Wellington].

Also, not too happy that Bozza and Rudes basically said that Sydney handed us the win :@ they may have enjoyed a bit more possession, but we limited them to speculative long shots for the vast majority of the game... They were only gonna score one screamer tbh. Sydney's midfield is shit tbh, and Emerton is well and truly finished; he's *bleep*ing WOEFUL! Definitely not worth a marquee contract; that's for sure.

GVE does tend to like to shake things up radically, doesn't he? Might work from time to time, but I think it's been well proven this season that teams that have a settled line up with a settled playing mantra have been consistently successful (Mariners, WSW, Victory to an extent). Don't think it does the team any good if you're having wholesale changes just for the sake of it.

Didn't get the chance to watch your game J_ames so I can't comment, but by the sounds of it Edwards is bringing in a few good, young players? Can only be good for the long term.

The kid who played on the weekend [de Silva] was supposed to sign for Everton but had visa troubles apparently, and Inter Milan are tracking him atm; so the signs are good. We actually have structure since Ally took over; HALLE-*bleep*ING-LUJAH! Stevie McG has been great in that deeper role, whilst Miller is less frustrating now that he's been moved forward and given a bit more creative license. Cordoba, who played alongside Stevie, is soooooo slow D: Played a couple tidy balls though, don't see him as a #10 like Fergie was saying tbh. Clisby had a couple dodgy moments [bit of over-confidence maybe] but that's to be expected from a young kid in just his 3rd or 4th match as a senior professional.

De Silva was really good though, got a half-hour shift and looked really good. Read the play well a few times and got his foot in to pinch the ball, and though he got caught a couple of times taking too long, he had more good moments than bad ones. Right near the end we had a 2 vs 1 [him and Smeltz] where he could've played a ball a bit sooner, but I'm not too worried about that. I really hope we appoint Ally fulltime but; he looks the goods. Also getting alot of former Glory players [Bobby, etc.] in and around the set-up which is brilliant. They've been there and done it with the club, and to get them around the new boys is a brilliant idea
