I'm a little embarrassed to be showing the pokemon ones xD BUT you should all be in there because pokemon is timeless and FUN and AWESOME and it's a really nice community to boot.

I pop my head in there from time to time, but I don't contribute much because I haven't played past Gen I.

Man, I would love a Pokemon tamagotchi - I'd carry that shit everywhere.

Grab yourself a copy of HeartGold or SoulSilver for the DS. You get this thing called a PokeWalker with it, which is basically a pedometer and Pokemon tamagotchi combined. You send a Pokemon from your game to it and walk around. Something like 20 steps earns you one watt, and you use those watts for catching Pokemon/finding items on the walker (that you can transfer to your game) and also for unlocking new courses to walk on. I got mine about 1.5 years ago and it's been clipped to my pants ever since.

That sounds like 50 degrees hotter (or more) than it is in the Northeastern United States right now. I wouldn't mind travelling to someplace warmer but the problem is that I can't afford it at this time.

Which is too bad because I'd love to get the *bleep* out of my current situation. Job isn't paying enough, one roommate in particular being a bitch--just too much stress in my life overall at this point in time.
