Look they lost Mooney will replaced by vardy/mitch brown, ling replaced by who knows they have no other taggers and milburn by gilles all works out well

Doesn't surprise me, he's going to be very much needed at Geelong. Like I said though, our interest was only rumour, and I doubt we have even made contact with the Cats about his services.

Very astute piece of business by us actually. Our recruiting history has never been great, but things are starting to look up. Grigg and Houli were excellent pick ups last year and if Morris is as good as all the hype suggests then this will be another good addition to the squad.

When you compare GWS's experienced signings to ours, you'd think they will get smashed in every game, similar to us but more consistently. Even with Ablett, we still got belted by 60+ sometimes. I hope they sneak in a win or 2, but they'll be lucky if they do.

People were saying the same thing about Gold Coast this year, and they won a few games and showed tonnes of promise. With all the draft concessions, I expect GWS to follow the same path.

Compare the mature players like Abblet and Bock to Scully and Davis two bonified stars vs two younger players who had there injuries. Bock was a man mountain down back and ablet carried the team. Look ablet got 25ish votes in the brownlow this year more then all the GWS pickups at their clubs
