i do think that the 38 points did flatter geelong a bit, it was a lot closer than that

Haha, good man. I can safely say Geelong are up there with the great teams. Not the best, but up there. Four grand final appearances, three grand final wins and a prelim final in five years is a sign of a great team. Well done.

Depends on where you rank him. He's a great player, and I have much respect for him, but he seems to be more of a big game player. By that, I mean, he can go missing a lot. When he steps up though he really takes it to another level. Great player, but in the history of the game you couldn't class him as one of the greatest, if you get what I'm saying.
