	Reigning Premiers Season 2008/09 Finals Series Chelskiman walnuts Overview It's that time of the year again, closing in on the start of a new A-League season for 2009/2010. This year's league is extended and revamped, with two new teams emerging for the first time. The inclusion of the new Gold Coast United and North Queensland Fury teams means a packed season ahead, and expectations are high. The competition began last year and was fairly successful, though starting a week late in the season. This time around, organization is the key, and the thread will start signing members up to participate a month before the season starts. I'm looking forward to another highly competitive year of the A-League, and of the tipping competition. Good luck to everyone. Tipping Pre-season tips must be entered. This includes who you think will be Champions, who will get the Wooden Spoon and who will be the Leading Goalscorer. These cannot be changed. Tipping will occur weekly, with 5 games to be tipped each week. Tips must be in before kickoff of the first game of each week, and can be changed before this time. Tips will be posted in this thread. The team that you pick in each game must be in bold. A scoreline must also be tipped with each game. A correct tip earns 1 point, while a correct scoreline earns a bonus 2 points.
