	Log in to remove this sponsored message I have a Hi-Yellow Leapard gecko. About 1 year old and he eats 5 large crickets a day. Hates to be handled tho. Got him one of those big caves,tunnel,and those wooden tree barks. Sometimes I also feed it waxworms or mealworms but he dont eat that much. 	I used to have a Leopard Gecko. He escaped once when I accidently left the tank lid open. They're cool, but I hate feeding them crickets. They're annoying.

	Yeah crickets could be a pain! It depends if u get the big one or the small ones. Big ones cherp alot at night and wake you up![Sometimes I wake up to get a hammer and wack them all to death cause its like 3 in the morning and once one cherps thet ALL cherp!I hate that so I kill their "leader"[the big cricket] and kill all the other ones!] Small ones are fine!

	I like them- I love their print on their skin. But I would just be afraid if I got one, mine would die! =( Over here, they cost around $60-80 in a good pet shop. Also feeding them live crickets would creep me out... I had a bf once who had a bearded lizard, and he kept his bedroom window open one night, and in the morning his lizard was acting all weird and laying on his side. It just about died. =/ Knowing me, I'd never get the strict temperature right.

	Well if you want a small gecko their $30 dollars here at Petland or Petco.If you want a very good one like a Carrot tail one or one thats all yellow it ranges from $340-$775 dollars[thats if your really into it like me].Mine was I think $225 not to sure tho but around that range! For the big ones there $60-$80 dollars. The reason I got a leapard gecko cause they are easy to care for and cheap. Also I like the patterns and spots on them!

	Back when I was 16 I worked at a pet shop, and we had a pair of Leopard Geckos. They were both very sweet, and they would calmly sit in your hand, dabbing their tongues out. I hate crickets! Everytime someone would want them, I'd be trying to count them into a plastic bag, and they would be jumping out of the cricket hutch, jumping down my shirt, on my head, etc, and it really freaked me out! Crickets do NOT belong in your cleavage! Ewwww! They also smell gross- a musty insect poop smell. ------------------- I don't need a stinking signature! :3

	Welcome to my world Blackheartedwolf hehe! I have to smell that stuff every single day! But dont get that many crickets anymore cause I only have one gecko. Once I had three but they boss each other around so they end up killin each other by not letting them eat! Right now I have to watch out for Spike. My first gecko his tail is a little skinny today then usual. So have to keep an eye out make sure he eats enough! ..........Dame jumbo crickets there still cherping!! .......Cherp!!.........Cherp!!.........I stand up ...Now wheres that hammer hehe.....moments later..........................................No more cherp cherp hehe!

	I hear you blackheartedwolf, I hate crickets, but my leopard gecko is a cricket exterminator that's one of the reasons i like lizards. they dispose of insects but my leopard gecko's name is Gex. he's unusually intellegent, i've had him since he was a week old. he's learned how to run through a maze and know when it's time for his dinner and he watches TV with me and actually pays attention to it! he doesn't mind being handled though, but not very often.

	Wow! My gecko only sits around his den and stares at me or at times disappears outside in a lttle whole in the lawn![cricket hole hehe thats if Petland and Petco are closed and hes really hungry!] How you get your gecko to watch tv any how Gex?

	I have never heard of a gecko that likes to watch TV. Some geckos, like the Day Gecko, will eat babyfood (fruits). It was so cute watching the Day Geckos at the pet store I used to work at, when they would lap up babyfood out of a little bowl. ------------------- I don't need a stinking signature! :3

	Well my gecko stays up sometimes during the day[there not supposed to thats their sleeping time then at night day light]. My gecko likes to take walks but guessin not to watch TV since he loves to hide or eat some helpless crickets outside!

	The other day I was at Petco, and they had some baby Leopard Geckos and some adults. The babies were SO adorable! They were both nestled in a plastic imitation rock that had 2 ledges in it. One baby was sound asleep on each ledge. One was sprawled on its belly with its front arms laying back flat against its sides. It was sooooo cute! ------------------- I don't need a stinking signature! :3

	Yeah, they are pretty cute, too. I worked at a pet store when I was a teen, and they had baby water dragons. They were adorable, but it seemed like they got sick and died easy. ------------------- I don't need a stinking signature! :3
